- Order Fulfillment: All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan) after your order is placed.
- Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are from the date of shipment, not necessarily from the date of order placement.

Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan):
- Estimated Delivery: 3 - 10 business days
- Cost: A fixed rate of PKR 250 per order.

International Shipping (outside Pakistan):
- Process: For international orders, we'll consult with our shipping partners (primarily DHL) to determine the best method and cost for your specific destination.
- Estimated Delivery: 3 - 10 business days (Please note that international delivery times can vary significantly based on destination, chosen carrier, and customs processing in the destination country. A more accurate estimate will be provided after consultation.)
- Cost: Determined after consultation with the shipping company. We'll contact you with a shipping quote for your approval before finalizing the order and charging your payment method for shipping.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the chosen shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost for domestic orders during checkout before final payment.
- For Domestic Orders (within Pakistan): A fixed shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.
- For International Orders (outside Pakistan): Shipping costs are not calculated at checkout. Instead, we'll contact you with a shipping quote after you place your order and we've consulted with our shipping partners. Your order will only proceed after your approval of the shipping cost.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value within Pakistan. Please check our website banners or promotions for current offers.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship:
- Domestically: To all regions within Pakistan.
- Internationally: To almost all countries where DHL operates. Please note that international shipping availability and costs are subject to confirmation after consultation with our shipping partners based on your specific destination.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
For international orders (shipping to countries outside Pakistan), please be aware of the following:
- Customs Fees: All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by the destination country's customs office and aren't included in the item price or shipping cost quoted by Natural Fiber Company.
- Refusal of Package: If a package is refused by the customer due to customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to Natural Fiber Company. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
It's the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Natural Fiber Company isn't responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the re-shipment cost.
- If you realize there's an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at naturalfibercompany@gmail.com. While we'll do our best to assist, we can't guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed for shipping.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, and contact your local post office or carrier.
